Deloitte Junior Talent Programme

The new anaylst talent that Deloitte take on each year go through a rigerous two week training program at the beautiful De Vere hotel in the Cotswolds. The team at Insight have been lucky enough to cover this event for them for the last two years.

The Project

The primary goal for covering this event is a highlights of the delegates experience which is shown on a large screen at the venue on the final day.

It is made up of footage from the entire event and is designed to serve as a reminder of the exciting times they have just experienced, as well as inspire them as they go into their new careers.

A secondary goal is engage with potential graduates and promote the programme on their social channels, along with securing the required budgets for the following years.

This is done with two shorter versions of the original video – one which focuses on the value the programme gives to the business itself – highlighting what the delegates get out of the experience, versus learning on the job.

The other is a much more high energy video that is designed to excite and inspire potential delegates to get themselves onto the programme in the future. Designed for social media channels, this is shorter, fast paced and includes simple motion graphics to maximise engagement.
